We are happy to announce that OpenSign has launched OpenSign V2.0.0. Intended to improve the user experience, this update includes a number of new features, such as UI enhancement, support for high-resolution image format documents and much more. Our team has been putting a lot of effort into incorporating user feedback into our platform and making sure OpenSign stays at the forefront of digital signature technology landscape.

The following are detailed point-by-point summaries of the features released in this version:

1. Complete UI redesign

Following the continued feedback and to keep pace with the evolving trend, we've redesigned the entire user interface. This revamped UI design provides a more intuitive, visually appealing interface, making OpenSign more user-friendly for users to navigate and utilize the features. Here's what you can expect from the new UI:

  • Streamlined Navigation: The revamped navigation menu enhances the appeal and simplifies access, to features and document creation steps.

  • Modern Aesthetics: Keeping up with design norms, we have overhauled the platform's look & feel. The fresh design adopts a style emphasizing readability and user ease.

2. Improved Document Creation with Zoom-In and High-Resolution Image Support

As we strive to make the user experience better and add more useful functions, we are delighted to bring a major improvement to the document creation process. This change aims to make the document creation process more efficient and provide the users with a broader set of tools to produce high-quality documents.

Key Features of the Enhancement:

  1. High-Resolution Image format Support: Users can now upload high resolution images directly as documents. This improvement simplifies the process of creating documents from high-resolution images, eliminating the need to convert them into PDF format first.

  2. Zoom-In Option: Users can now zoom in on documents, making it easier to place fields precisely where needed. This feature is especially useful for documents with small text or densely packed infographics.

    • Precision Viewing: With the zoom-in function, individuals can take a look at the details of high quality images right within the document editing tool.

    • Adjustable Zoom Levels: Users have the flexibility to tailor the zoom level according to their liking facilitating an examination of particular sections in documents while maintaining overall context.

    • Enhanced Editing: Through zooming in, users are able to make modifications and fine-tune widgets guaranteeing that the end document aligns, with their requirements.

3. Updated UI Design for My Signature Section

The My Signature section has undergone a major update, significantly changing both its appearance and its functionality. The update's primary purpose is greater ease of use and better handling of pre-saved signatures.

Key changes include:

  • Intuitive Layout: The most obvious change is an updated look—simpler and cleaner, with an eye toward making every step of the workflow more intuitive. Not only can you now create your sign more easily (with fewer mouse clicks!), but you can also edit it or delete it just as easily if you happen to mess something up.

  • Enhanced Customization Options:  The "My Signature" section now offers more customization options than ever before. We’ve added a variety of tools to help you personalize your signature to better match your preferences and branding. For instance, you can now choose the color of your signature, and even create a multi-colored signature by selecting the multi-color pen icons at the bottom.

We believe that these changes will significantly enhance your OpenSign user experience. Our primary goal is to deliver a top-notch digital signature solution and we are working hard to improve and add new features to better meet your needs.
